Every instrument we ship is a piece of art. We take full responsibility for its journey from our workshop in Reghin to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.

  • Free Global Shipping: We offer complimentary insured shipping for all our instruments to the EU, UK, and international destinations.

  • Professional Packaging: Each violin is secured in a professional-grade suspension system and shock-absorbent materials to ensure it arrives in perfect playing condition.

  • Processing Time: To ensure a perfect final setup and secure packaging, please allow 3–5 business days for handling before shipment.

  • Tracking & Insurance: All shipments are fully insured and sent via premium carriers (DHL/FedEx). You will receive a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Europe & UK: 5–10 business days.

    • International: 10–20 business days.
